A 3% service fee is added for PayPal and credit card transactions.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Will you ship purchases?”]In most cases Equipment Recycle will handle shipping. Please contact our office for a custom shipping quote.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Does equipment come with warranty?”]Equipment Recycle encourages buyers to inspect equipment. Most listed equipment is sold as-is. Payment is made by cash or check. All other types of transactions typically take 2-6 weeks. There are several determining factors:
– How long it takes for equipment to sell
– Receipt of payment from the buyer
– Confirmation that the equipment is as described (if not being sold as-is)[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Will you pick up our items?”]Equipment Recycle can pick up your equipment within a 100 mile radius of Baltimore, Maryland. A pick up fee based on travel and handling will be assessed. In most cases that fee can be charged on the back end.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I drop my equipment off?”]Yes, you can drop off your equipment at Equipment Recycle’s warehouse. Be sure to contact us at least 48 hours in advance to schedule a drop off time. You must have ID present at time of drop off.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What happens if my equipment doesn’t sell?”]It is your responsibility to contact Equipment Recycle to reclaim your equipment. You will receive an email notification that your item did not sell. At that point you have 7 days to contact us to schedule a pick up. If item is not claimed in 14 days it becomes the property of Equipment Recycle.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What types of equipment do you sell?”]Equipment Recycle sells equipment in the following categories: Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Construction, Restaurant, Electrical, Material Handling, Industrial MRO, Audio/Video, Office and more. Feel free to contact us with any type of equipment.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What are your fees?”]Equipment Recycle’s fees vary depending on the quantity, sales price, sales method, and handling of your equipment. Our general fees are approximately 15%-50%.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I ship my equipment to you?”]Yes, you can. Once your equipment is prepared to ship Equipment Recycle will coordinate a Fed-Ex or common freight carrier at your door.
